It's a shame there's no Linux option on that, I think it pwns both of them. It's both less expensive than Mac (it's free!) and better than windows (Mine's only crashed once. Ever.) Still, Mac is better than Windows.

Yes, but for those of us too lazy to set it up... or in my case, too busy...

EDIT: 42nd post, the answer the life the universe and everything, I should write something meaningful...

...nothings coming, here's a vid because I'm too lazy to write something meaningful:

If you can afford a Mac chassis, go for it, because you can run Mac AND PC on it, both at very appreciable speeds.

I like Mac OSX's UI, reliability, and general non-pushy-ness. Windows (and Microsoft programs in general) tend to boss me around and assume I'm an idiot. That's why I don't use Office anymore.

Yes, do you use OpenOfice, or something different?

I use Pages, Keynote, and Numbers. I haven't done much with Numbers yet, but Pages and Keynote are powerful tools - more precise than Office, if you do graphic design, and Keynote's transitions are soooo much more professional (and higher-res to boot).

The only drawback is a somewhat inefficient UI layout, but that's fairly minor IMO. Office tries to block my view of the entire line below a misspelled word, which annoys me to no end (and autocorrect, gah!)
